This conference is taking place at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA on October 28 & 29, 2016, hosted by the Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Education (JCIPE). The purpose of this conference is to showcase scholarly work and works in progress related to interprofessional education and/or practice. This conference reflects on innovative implementation and evaluation strategies of the interprofessional competencies. Educators, clinicians, practitioners, researchers, health system leaders, policymakers, patient organizations, students and other interested stakeholders in the health and social services arena should attend.
Founded in 2007, JCIPE is dedicated to improving interprofessional care (IPC) and patient outcomes through implementing and evaluating patient-centered education and research throughout the Thomas Jefferson University enterprise.
